The Desirability Lab was founded in 2014 by Dr. Beth Altringer, core faculty at Harvard University’s John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. We now have a research team at Harvard and a professional services design, data science, and full-stack development team at our small Boston-based partner design firm, Quale.
